Artichoke Alfredo Quinoa

I did not measure anything. I just blended Silken soft tofu, miso, red wine vinegar, nooch, salt, garlic, and sesame oil. I poured that in a saucepan over cooked quinoa, diced zucchini, and chopped artichoke hearts (from canned). I served it as soon as it was heated all the way and Hunny Bunny and I loved it!
